Super Singer Season 8 has had a tough few weeks. Netizens and fans alike have been outraged by the elimination of a favourite contestant. Judge Benny Dayal has also made a shocking announcement. Dayal has revealed that he will no longer be a part of the upcoming seasons of Super Singer. He has also pointed out that he will no longer post content on his social media pages with relation to this season. Singers Anuradha Sriram, SP Charan, and P Unnikrishnan have also been roped in as judges for the past few weeks.
The controversy began when judges eliminated fan favourite Sridhar Sena. This caused a mob reaction where netizens and fans protested it. They found it unfair and utterly strange that this talented contestant who they hoped would become a finalist got his dream dashed in the Top 7. The show is pushing through this controversy and it seems it is slowly working out.
