But the music, and the special guests have been top-notch. It has been revealed according to many reports that the Grand Finale will air on August 15, 2021. The showrunners have planned to finish the series on a patriotic note.
For this exciting weekend July 24-25, 2021, Indian Idol is going to have some exciting guest stars. They are the veteran actor Reena Roy and legend Bappi Lahiri. The actor shared some incidents from her long career. Bappi Lahiri had a special message for one contestant which left everyone teary-eyed.

The evening started out when Idol Danish sang “Aadmi musafir hai, aata hai jata hai”. This song is very important to Roy since it is one of her most memorable performances. The actress is seen happily cheering and talking about her life. She gave her insights into her professional experience with famed actor Jeetandra, she spoke on his punctuality and his ability to work well. This was a fitting homage to the actor from the show as well.

Shanmukhapriya performed, ‘Jhoom Jhoom Jhoom baba’, and this was a showstopper. Omung Kumar, the judge was so thrilled, that he straight up offered her a film to sing in. This was such an amazing twist in events, which made for a wonderful evening. One contestant wowed Bappi Lahiri. When Arunita performed, Raat abhi baaki hai’, Lahiri enjoyed it tremendously. He showered her with praises, this made Arunita emotional.

Indian Idol 12 Elimination Updates
It’s girl power all the way in the Indian Idol stage. In an unofficial poll conducted, the following results were revealed. 45% voted for Pawandeep Rajan, Danish, and Nihal Tauro, 55% voted for Sayli Kamble, Arunita Kanjilal, Shanmukhapriya. The audiences are very clear that they are rooting for the girls. It seems Shanmukhapriya might have her fair share of trolls but her talent is undeniable.
For this week, two contestants Nihal and Danish, according to reports anyone of these two will be eliminated. Their performances has been flagging, and it seems quite a odds are stacked against them.
